Glowing Moose Records LLC built the Loreography app as a commercial app. This service is provided by Glowing Moose Records LLC and is intended for use as is.

1. Personal Data Collection Practices

We do not operate external servers, use third-party tracking analytics SDKs, or harvest personal data. All user-generated content remains stored locally on your device unless you choose to use the syncing functionality described below.

2. iCloud Syncing

Our application includes an integrated syncing feature powered by Apple's iCloud service to let you access your data across your devices.

• Apple's Role: This data processing is handled entirely by Apple under your existing Apple ID agreement. We do not host, store, or manage any of this data on our own infrastructure.

3. App Store Subscriptions and Purchases

Our application offers in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions. All transactions are processed directly by Apple via the App Store.

• Payment Information: We do not collect, see, or store your credit card information, billing address, or personal contact details. Apple processes this data securely.
• Subscription Analytics & Telemetry: We utilize Apple's default App Store Connect reporting tool to understand subscription performance. When you purchase a subscription, Apple generates a randomly assigned Subscriber ID that is unique to you and our company. This ID provides us with strictly non-identifiable, aggregated reporting details, such as subscription status (active, renewed, or canceled) and your country of residence. This information is used solely to evaluate app performance and manage accounting requirements.
• Crash & Performance Diagnostics: If you have opted-in to share diagnostics with developers in your macOS settings, Apple may provide us with anonymized crash logs and performance metrics to help us fix bugs.

5. Your Rights Under GDPR

Because we do not store your personal details or account histories on our own infrastructure, we cannot directly modify, delete, or export your transactional or app data.

• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account Subscriptions Menu.
• Managing Sync Data: You can delete or look at your synced data via the iCloud Storage management panel in your macOS System Settings.
